Someone said Joe is gone? Is this true? Seems highly unlikely to me, he seems like one of the only good ones at that level.

@a4 Joe is responsible for most of the offshoring of anything IT related and has made internal processes a complete nightmare. If anyone deserves the door, it’s him. I don’t care how “nice” he is.

Hmm hope not, Joe Russo is good person and leader. I’m not high up, but I do some important work that interfaced with him while he was VP over network operations. Was very respectful and humble, asked good questions and would take one on one meetings to keep the project moving. Always felt he was too high up to be meeting with me, but always made the time and project was very successful for both him and I because he was willing to dig in and be supportive.
Network / network operation doesn’t seem to be the issues for us. Most of it just seems to be outsourcing initiatives that pi---d off our customers and make us and customers have to use broken GTS software. Maybe we would offer our customers a better price here and there too.
Not sure why we need to be focused on what isn’t broken, seems like a distraction from the real problems we have. Whoever moved Sourcing to Ireland and Technology / CS jobs to India should be the first to go.
