Wow! Listening to this makes me cringe! All the connection meetings where Mario is all about the customer interaction and then we hear this?! Appalling! I hope something hard comes of this. An investigation and TW called out publicly. Or whoever directs the lowball approach. Claim handling is the most critical and valuable interaction we can offer a customer! I’m glad I don’t have A insuring my home and auto. No way.
How does Allstate have any customers left? The other big companies all have lower rates and now far superior claims experience.

I am an employee also and 20 yr homeowners policy customer. I had to do all the mitigation myself and my house is in complete disarray because I was not in good hands. What the he-l happened to this company?
As an employee and policy holder that filed a homeowners claim these adjusters are 1000% truthful. The overall claim handling was a NIGHTMARE!
