Most of the OPS/IT people I work with kick a-s individually. They're just mired in the innumerable processes that OT imposes on everyone.
What to expect, when Shannon B, fired most of support staff in IT, Cloud and recommissioned most of days to day security and operational tools and systems. The business , its staff and customers are all at risk to get her 10 B saving award.
I'm losing a couple hours every day I have to commute to sit on virtual meetings and still never meet at my teammates in different locations. They don't give a sh-t about wasting people's time.
@db That means the rest of IT are terrible too.
They fired most of IT and most offices don’t even have an IT person
Good luck
I like that the password reset system rejects perfectly valid passwords. I guess OpenText can't even get password validation logic to function correctly.
Blame the architect and cloud service team, they manage those systems but never improve it. Over engineering, old school workflow, never release permissions
@bf If you're getting voicemail then you're not calling the right number--you're supposed to end up in IVR purgatory. Try checking otsm to make sure the problem isn't you.
@a6 my favorite is when you call IT and get their voice mail.
What do I have to do to be on the next list of people to be laid off? Seriously, I am very serious. What is it that I need to do? I know my salary won't be the reason because is not high.
They fired almost all IT and devs of internal systems. Good luck.
@OP My personal favorite is 2FA responses timing out.
