Much like all other IT areas (i.e. GTS), they over spend and under deliver. Onshore or Offshore does not matter. Instead of proper planning, leadership's only thought - what can we offshore? That speaks volumes - they all need to go!!!
They should. This team has produced nothing but bug filled tools.
How do you release a tool with the expectation that it should be used by RF. Then the tool is busted and you don't fix it.

GNT will be laying off US engineers and hire in India. heard 10% is the target. I dont know what AI&D stands for
They have been planning that for years - back to fit to win and VGS days. As usual, Verizon fails to execute. I wouldn’t worry. Leadership is a clown show of actors that have no idea what they’re doing.
