Ansys IT I&O here - laid off this morning by my VP, not my manager.
Confirmed, I was laid off from the Ansys side of things here in the US.
Still no severance package details and it appears that the folks that have been with the company for a long period of time are high on the list.
Looks like everyone in the US is getting notified today and other regions like Europe will continue until Wednesday.

I was in the first round back in November. How did the package compare this round? I got about 40K for severance and an annual bonus for reference.
