Mano posted on LinkedIn to announce his exit. What could possibly have been so bad to leave after a year? So many legacy execs have failed miserably and easily remain on the payroll, especially in finance. What happened?

H1B is a scam.
My neighbor told me that there are only 5 good schools in that country.
However, but due to the demand of offshoring, people have started to set up backyard schools. Hence, fake degrees. I heard that alot of the engineers there dont have knowledge of basic concepts.
It is such a shame that we are losing jobs here
