Efficiency without a baseline measure of quality is absolutely meaningless. This is Matt Lyteson level of stupid. Rapacity without forethought. Flow velocity bullshirt.

IBM reminds me of Sears where the appliance people CLEARLY were on full commission and would hound you every time you walked by to try and vacuum cleaner etc until people first avoided the aisles they were in and then stopped going to Sears at all. Also the ladies at Macy's etc who when you walked by asked "...can I spray you?...". SMH and NO that is NOT Shaking My Head. They have nothing of interest to sell and even if they did they have no one who knows how to sell anymore.

Lastly IBM also reminds me of the horrible Tenderloin District in San Fran: The "Steak (IBM)" Misunderstanding: "You know you're from San Francisco when... someone says 'Tenderloin' and instead of thinking 'Mmm, steak (IBM),' you think, 'Uh-oh, run".

It’s not but you will never convince them it is. They know truth but will never admit it
