@a6 We got kicked out of the Hub on December 31st. Such a shame-it was a gorgeous building.
This was a good decision. 140 is so far and Penn is too hectic especially on days there are sports happening.

There is more than enough tangible real estate that we don't need to lease more space, let alone pay more taxes just for 'status'.

There’s not enough employees to fill both buildings now. There’s plenty of space in 1095.
