They literally just laid off a ton of DMs. More are coming next week. It’s literally enough that they couldn’t do it in one day.
Perhaps the easiest solution is for you to find a different site to visit, if you are so unhappy with the content here. You and your "contributions" won't be missed.

If there are layoffs next week, we can’t change much. We have to deal with it next week. I hope people impacted next week have some savings set aside to deal with this. Anyone impacted will suffer for few months. I think they will give severance but it will run out in few months.
