DE can flight all he wants to stop the Netflix merger. He didn't ask the shareholders opinions for a $7,700,000,000 broadcasting agreement with the UFC contract with CBS and Paramount. He just went, and signed the agreement for 7 years. No shareholders were involved or asked their opinion on that massive contract. And now, he mad because the CEO DZ and board of directors of WBD made a signed agreement to be purchased by Netflix. Its a free market. You cant have it both ways.
He would keep WB employees over Paramount. He sees more success with WB brands over Paramount.
