@ad Lazy people like me are rewarded with shorter workdays and less work. 300 to 800 percent less productive for only 20 percent less pay and the same benefits.

Can you really blame me for being lazy at Fiserv when incentivizes this strongly with a laissez faire approach?

This doesn't mean anything. at this company and many others, it DOESN'T matter if your are a high performer or low; if they need to cut, they'll cut.

I currently work with people who are so d-mb and cr-ppy at their job and they are here, yet we let go some high performers, who never shy'd away from work but these id--ts are here.

@a6 actually some of these folks were not even on PIP or never on PIP to even bring performance as an issue; it’s just downsizing before YE - typical FiServ way

What looks good on paper to a senior leader is how they make decisions. Such BS. They need to trim names, and use the performance review as justification.
