Corporate store transitions

Anyone familiar with previous instances of corporate -> indirect transition timelines? With this large of scale I’m assuming it’s going to take a few months of wave rollouts but I could be mistaken.

Had a store divest into indirect. Store notified and closed for business morning of day 1, the rest of day 1 and all of day 2 was getting inventory in boxes and out, day 3 indirect was up and running with minimal inventory.

@a6 were you closed during the time you packed things up? It’s shocking if they use that playbook as that would have 200 stores closed during Black Friday and most likely Christmas. Insane timing

In 2021, my retail store was made aware on January 22 by February 9th, we had the store packed up and spent the last two weeks at home as employees. I think the indirect store opened in April but we were out by February.
