What percentage of management is that? How many managers does Verizon have total? This is just an awful kick in the pants.

The network is terrible. That premium service nonsense died a while ago.

@a6 Agree, we are already short staffed in the Network. I can only fix so many broken things now and I actually look for them. The Network will get bad with no turning back after this...of course they think AI will be able to fix all the problems.

Verizon doesn’t have that many managers. There are so many titles like engineer and technician that are non union workers that are considered “management”.

Management in this reference likely isn't actual managers (although no doubt some will be hit). It's the difference between associate (union) and management (non-union).

I would suggest looking into moving your VZW cell service to another provider with a better network cuz the network definitely won’t be improving after this massive layoff…better prices out there
