I know the usual peeps on here will say it is your fault for staying, but it does make me angry and sad how the EC and senior leaders show no humanity to employees. They may have tough business decisions (yeah, yeah, I know as a result of their stupidity) to make but they can’t be decent or kind at all. Basic stuff like asking how people are, 1-1 sessions, managers remembering your kids name, at the start of a conversation or meeting asking what people have been doing (before launching into their script) bla bla bla ….. it just normal human behavour. You do this with your neighbours at home so why can’t they manage it at work ??? Very sad 😞

@a6 NYS just increased weekly unemployment pay significantly. Sitting here waiting to be let go has suddenly become more appealing.

I have a manger like that too, knows let high level things about me and we have meetings frequently. They are still a Satan spawn on the daily.
Don’t condone their behavior but they’re probably thinking of the inevitable end to this printing company in the midst of AI craze.
Guess I’m just lucky when it comes to managers. Mine knows my name, wife and kids. We have 1 to 1 meetings bi weekly and sometimes we don’t even discuss work. Still not happy with company as whole and how things are going.
Do Xerox leaders get special trading on how to be pitiful and the worst managers? Satan university?

I have zero, absolute zero confidence in anything that xerox management does or says. And why you guys do is beyond me.
You somehow think there is a miracle solution to all this. With corrupt people running the show, there is never a fix.
But you guys keep dragging your feet and pondering all the questions. Just put an end to all this and move on, like the rest of us who already have.
