I took VSP and will be gone in ‘26 Understandably I’m far less important right now than everyone else who’s getting meetings or emails about their fate My heart goes out to all of you I’m wondering if / when VSPs will bear anything at all I want to be here for the people I work directly with each day and I’m hearing murmurs of impacts. But I’m at a complete standstill right know - I have heard crickets this week To spite everything around me being shifted - I haven’t had a meeting an email or anything And my work is at a complete stand still because I don’t know what’s happening with all of my peers - crickets

@ar 9 more months till VSP… I’d sit around doing nothing till they asked what you were doing. I’d say idk I never got talked to!
@a6 same!
@OP I can relate!
Our senior director sent an email to our entire department and the statement was “everyone” will receive an email by end of day Tuesday. Nope. Still haven’t gotten mine. I am VSP, but what if my leader changed? What if my teams’ responsibilities changed? What if our team moved to some other part of the organization? My end date is still 9 months away. So am I just supposed to work in a closet by myself for the next 9 months? And not know who I report to anymore? And not know who my teammates are anymore? COMMUNICATION IS STILL NEEDED TO VSP’s!!!!!
Get used to it. Retirees hear absolutely nothing!
Your fate has already been determined when you took the VSP and received your release date, you will not be getting another email. Only those whose jobs are being impacted will get meetings, everyone else gets an email that their job is not changing.
I took the VSP, my last day is next Friday. I took it not because I'm ready to retire, I'm too young for that but to gain the severance package. Everything that I hear lately, I'm thankful I took it. I don't think the "Reimagined" will work as they intend. I've read and empathize with so many people who have been affected.
When it goes public, I'll be waiting for the cash in if my LPs because that'll be all that's left that is good from all of this.
I'm holding back my comments..
It appears that the great HR department at EJ has again dropped the ball. VSPs were left off Communications – emails and invitations. What a mess….
