Here's a random thought - you don't need AI to identify members and "market" flu vaccines for. That's a query and CRM. Unless you are so d-mb you need AI to write a query for you.

Couldn't we leverage AI to make decisions on whether to reject or approve claims, right?? I bet they haven't thought of that yet.
