There was a question what is the most desired skill - Les mentioned handling data and AI... So if you dont have this in your past performance, you're cooked.

Technical TL is also mentioned many times plus HR mentioned 2 technical requirements. Looks like we are moving to 90% technical IT only

Well, they not only people who are highly skilled and competent either data, but are also economical and can deliver expediently.

They also have to also want to work for Chevron.

Will be keen to see how that works out.

LC is delusional if he thinks ENGINE is actually going to do AI.

How many of you have been on calls with actual AI vendors, whether startups or a hyperscaler… and the AI people are in India. Yup, none.

This is a high cost geography gig. BK and LC are full on re--rds if they think this is ENGINE work.

check the powerpoint again, AI is in Houston. LC also mentioned Infrastructure (Azure) is also in Houston and he missed putting it there during Q&A

I tend to agree with this ----- that said I know just a handful of amazing data gurus who can handle tons of data and deliver using ADF, Synapse, SQL and all....

If they can only show powerpoints and not their ADF pipelines, Synapse probably just high level bozo....

For AI.. .all I see is dog and pony show.... The SR AI show in 2024 by twas just that.. all BS... these guys don't know anything...

So if you are legit technical and has shown leadership, you will be fine! the rest... Bengaluru, etc.
