Anyone else notice the internal job posting site is down on the day of layoffs?

@a5 They've figured out that we know the Internal roles are all predetermined. The recruiters and hiring managers are hiring their friends and family. It's all for show.
@a5 true. I changed my role last week, the posting was posted with me in mind. Nothing wrong with that, they knew my skill set n of was a great mutual fit
What difference does it make? Those are already preselected, waste of time to apply. You will never get even interview
