Not just more layoffs, but the endless chaos that always follows the cuts. The pressure on whoever's left to pick up the pieces and grind harder will be relentless. We will be expected to work our as--s off in exchange for likely being next in line to be booted. I'm furious at myself for not leaving when the writing was clearly on the wall that this place was going to sh-t.

In a bad tech job market, the obvious thing to do is stay put and ride it out. On the other hand, if you were RIF'd, you'd have lots of time and focus to find something better. However, I suspect not many are bold enough to self-RIF, to gain time and focus.
