Today I noticed my auto signature was deleted. Then I find out they changed the titles for everyone in our department.
This is exactly what they did after the WorldPay merger. 50% were let go less than a year later.

@np I went from specialist to lead and I’m actually concerned. You want lots of specialists, you don’t want lots of leads…..

Did anyone with a title change this week honestly get a raise?
My title changed and I didn’t notice until this morning. No one told me. I guess it doesn’t matter. Same responsibilities and same pay as far as I know.
I got a raise and title boost today. Looks like only the losers got demoted
@a5 Titles were changed in Payments and Banking as well.
I’m the only one with still the old t-t title in my team. Scared to death ahead of tomorrow…
