Overheard a conversation with senior leaders, speaking to other senior leaders about layoffs in customer service at all capacities happening in the beginning of the year. They forgot to hang up the phone and the conversation continued.

How would you hear a phone call of senior leaders… also no one in the company does “phone calls” as meetings they are all virtual google meets so if you were in that meeting they would see you are still in there. This all sounds like rubbish

Thank you for posting that it was for my reliable source. The people I heard were L5 +3 of them having a conversation and they thought everybody left. I heard it, can It change! maybe but it was said and heard!

@OP senior leaders know nothing about any upcoming layoffs, they hired a ton for peak layoffs are expected after the holidays. Especially because of the capacity to which we hired for peak.
Senior leaders no nothing more about layoffs then anyone else.
