@ah are you three shareholders stacked together wearing a long trenchcoat?

@eb that’s easy for you to say. Over 1200 long time loyal employees lost their jobs this week. Don’t be insensitive. It’s the holidays and there was no notice.

@ag why hasn't anyone filed HR complaints or reported them to the integrity line?

@ee...his results do not come close to VZ or ATT. Ask anyone that has been on both sides.

If this is anything like when (sprint original employee here) the merger happened in 2020 and BISO was eliminated, TMO paid 2 month of 100% guarantee commission and gave an option of collecting about 2.5 months of severance on top of that or an option to find another position within the company within that time. That’s not the same as having a job but it was better than nothing. Additionally, there were multiple instances of employees choosing the severance option after 2 months guarantee, and then still coming to work for the company later. I have no insight about how this instance will be treated but I can only hope that for everyone affected it will be at lest this humane, 2 weeks before Christmas

We needed this as a company. Reduce cost no matter what. Headcount reduction is needed. People need to chill and relax.

@OP

What did people think would happen when we have a new CEO who didn't come up the ranks of T-Mobile & TFB President that we imported. I'm not saying they aren't qualified however, they were clearly picked because they lacked institutional internal relationships and owe no allegiance except that to DT. Their sole reason is to break up the relationships and make these decisions that people didn't want to make before being forced and to focus on M&A. We're in a big M&A phase right now and it's my belief that we're either being acquired, or acquiring something substantial. I'm not sure which it is yet. I'm willing to bet we're acquiring a large wireline company or somebody with deep pockets is going to buy us.

Wondering what this will look like? If SMB will inherit MidMarket or roll under MidMarket? Will this new Micro team be in retail stores? Hmmm

OP is spot on. We will all know more tomorrow. Sr.Managers/Managers notified this afternoon if they are micro/SMB/out of a job. 5 managers I’ve heard are no longer with us (Central Region). Nothing will be the same ,new teammates, new leader, new way of doing things.

Curious on how pay will work. Like MAE to Micro? That would be a pay band issue I would think.

Good luck 🫡

I hope this is finally the moment T-Mobile removes the TFB Enterprise Senior Manager in Michigan and the Midwest Regional Director. Their leadership hasn’t just been “difficult” it’s been extremely toxic, cruel, and harmful on a deeply human level.
Employees have been bullied, insulted, humiliated, disrespected, retaliated against, and pushed to their breaking point under them. Good employees are suffering, some are losing their health, and others are walking away because the environment has become unbearable.
If this reorg is truly about rebuilding trust and fixing TFB, then removing the leaders who have caused so much damage should be the first step
