Off the books Dec192025. Was curios if anyone who know, could share the payout timelines of severance, sti, and stock options ?

@a5 it will anyway - 30 days post term for severance
Vacation balance will depend on your work state. Will range between December 19 and January 2.
Secerance will be January 9 of you sign on time.
STI end of February.
Stock will depend on which plan, stock together vs LTI. Will be in Q1 2026 whichever you've got.

@a4 Can you sign the agreement on last day(Dec 20th) so that last payment is in 2026 and is not taxed in 2025?
@OP Severance will be paid after your last day on Payroll and withing 30 days of when you return your signed severance agreement. STI and Stock Options get paid at the same time as active employees. So the timing for those do not change.
