Are there any consequences if you coffee badge or don’t hit your numbers? Are they giving exemptions due to bad weather?

@aa you check in via email if you book ahead of time. Or you can reserve a seat the day of without a check in. It essentially just means if you reserve a seat for 5 weeks in advance you have to “check in” to maintain that desk before 9am or someone else can reserve it.
@ad is everyone now required to go back to the EP campus? Is there even room?
Are the desks provided adjustable height? Or does one have to go looking for a maintenance tech to raise/lower (like the old days).
None of the docking stations work with company mac books
@ac Yes. There are reports in MyHR on badge swipes. They are telling managers to manage it with write ups/PIPs, etc.
@ad the 3 main Optum buildings all have dual monitors, docking stations and keyboards
@af please do. And a tent or camper to set up on campus, it’ll really help with collaboration

Wow deluxe accommodations. Do they have power outlets too or should I bring my 9500 watt Greenpower generator and fire that up, all 99 decibels.
No one is checking on cubicle occupancy at the EP campus. Most of the cubes do not have any docking stations/hubs, monitors, or anything, so tracking to that level is completely impossible.
Are they using badge swips to put people on PIP/deny bonuses for this year?

Do you also have to scan in to the reserved cubicle? I know they go back into 'open' status if it is not occupied by 9am.

@OP my manager told me that she’s getting a weekly report of badge in times but beyond that, no other tracking as of now.
I asked about bad weather, etc and she said there’s been no real communication about it but the she herself will be flexible. Seems like not a lot of info in general and might be up to manager discretion
unless someone snitches on you, they would never know you badge in and turn around
Average 4 days a week. Be there 3 one week, 5 the next to make it work
