Thrive together - my score was below par. How can one be rated based on volunteering participating in company events. Add to that the events are in the city, and it is a 2-hour commute to get in. All for a T-Shirt? Imagine those BAH workers.
Yeah that feedback is bullsh-t. You get half the people who dont work with you or barely so cant rate you and the rest are bitter coworkers. Works well for everyone
No was in he-l I believe 4.5 was the average. I think one person got a 4.5 out of everyone I rated.
I got a 3.9 however, I am one of 2 people left onshore who can do what I do. My manager is 230 lbs of expired vegetables. I may as well report to Eliza. I am never going to give India anything.
This Feedback thing was ridiculous. AI picked people to rate me and for me to rate that I don’t even know. Screenshot everything. And the questions were crazy. Like I know or care if the person is involved in company events or if they have a positive reaction to criticism. And it’s scary that some stranger probably rated me in that rather than pick N/A. Inaccurate and useless exercise.
@a5 I got the same score lol .. then again i had this exact rating last year and im still here (for now at least)
That 360 process su-ks. I got a 4.1 which is below the average of 4.5. Ugh. My motivation just took a big hit. Im sure it’ll play into year end ratings and maybe a RIF. &@$!
Not a problem. You are just supposed to use Eliza for your self assessment as well. AI to AI. Then AI to summarize for executive management. Recommendation -> downsize, offshore, use more AI. Surprise surprise surprise.
