Are you still required to coach employees on the presence report by HR? Or things have slowly fallen off the radar?

Last weeks report they did it again and went back and changed historical data and rounded down and cut hours. How does this happen?
When higher level leadership identifies employees regularly not meeting presence requirements, directed terminations result. Level 3s have no pull in stopping the termination regardless of what their local policies were.
Never was and don’t now.
I haven’t seen a report that doesn’t round down on both ends of a tour or randomly chop hour’s randomly. The report is toxic harassment and fraud!
Keep your average over 40 for the week and 7 for the day and you will be fine. You have a foopah error on the report or need to work from home because your supposed contractor is going to be there as long as not excessive no big deal. Focus will shift from RTO reporting to cuts off payroll again by year's end.
@a5 Our L3 told us on a call the other day that our VP, who used to (seemingly) spend most of his time perusing the report, no longer looks at it.
Love how they updated you over a Teams call! So much for in-person collaboration and Follow The Work initiatives!

And further that ANY discrepancy report, where you still show 6 hours or more for the given day is not worked at all. Simply deleted.
Nah. Don’t bother going in anymore. Nothing happens. It’s all scare tactics to get you to comply. Good sheep. Baaaa!
Reports are still monitored and sent out weekly, and rolled up for execs monthly.
