MVNO recommendations

in the spirit of a market-based culture, I am shopping for a mobile plan that brings the best value to me and my family. I have a feeling I can get a better deal than even our employee discount. Anybody have recommendations on other carriers besides the big three?

I pay $25 per line on Mint Mobile. I pay quarterly and they let me hauto bill to my credit card without charging me extra fees. They also don't send me pestering emails to upsell, just a reminder when the next bill is due and to let me know to adjust my plan before the due date and they tell be what my past GB usage was.

Mint has been fantastic for me.

Swap between mint and lyra. Both use t-mobile which is better network than T's.
And both way cheaper than employee discount. When you switch, you get best rates.
Play the game just like swapping tv-providers and don't get stuck with companies like T that don't care about existing customers when it comes to rates.

Yes, you can. At any single one of them. So just pick one in your area.

For instance, if you already have Xfinity Internet at your home, Xfinity Mobile would be a no brainer (uses Verizon's network).

Mint (TMO) is super cheap at $15 a month. Can't really beat that.

Visible by Verizon has been excellent. Never talked to a human. Seemless transition. Performed at home.

Noticed this info for retirees.
"AT&T will continue offering a wireless plan discount to Medicare-eligible retirees, increasing the discount rate to 50% off on our best wireless plans, up from the previous 30% discount."

Have had great experience w/ Consumer Cellular.
Even though I'm not their target demographic, CC offered best price for my usage profile / easy onboard / and quite impressed with the US-based customer service. And cheaper than w/ employee discount.

@a5 Thank you for the info.
I am also looking to change from AT&T, “market based” culture is where it’s at. No reason to pay the AT&T premium price!

The touch of Stank continues to be the death of a once great company.

Highly recommend US Mobile. Probably the best MVNO customer service.

They provide service from all three nationwide networks. Unlimited talk/text/data starting at $16.60/month. Unlimited talk/text & 2GB of data is $8/month.

Network Names:
Warp - Verizon
Light Speed - T-Mobile
Dark Start - AT&T
