So Bank continues to now be filled with low quality of behaviors in leadership, now that they have found its Mo--n in form of President (Michael Moran). A low quality leader and low intellect

Did you write all that with a straight face? I was waiting for the j/k after all that b-s!
Michael Moran doesn’t give 2 sh*ts about you or any of the worker bees that are holding the bank afloat. He’s going to gut the bank to its barebones, that way when he resigns sometime next year, the new bank president starts off on a clean slate with a surplus at his becking. Of course for a job well done, the BOD will give him a 7 figure severance as a thank you.
LOL…I think his parents already knew from the start that he is a Mo--n, just spent it wrong. Hey Mo--n…! Enjoy the mo--n life
The guy and some of his leaders are all bunch of minions really. Bunch of people who have got some short term lottery, fools and their party. It’s funny how he maintains double standards. This dude comes to all these town halls and says…on the name of transparency, we fired 200 people this time, oh and to ensure I am transparent….we fired another 300 this time. These bastar…s are creating a deep bad culture within USAA.
For you who loves Michael (comment above). Of course you do. Low quality people like you survive because of low quality standards like him. Hug each other and keep firing people and pretend as if you know or care. You all are ruining under an adult supervision of Brad. Idio..t
If someone has to move ON, it’s you. But I don’t think anyone will even hire you, that’s your reality check
The guy is a gym bro that needs a Board member to run the Bank for him. That’s a Flex! JFC
Shut up
Yes many of the leaders are rejects from other banks. Especially those at the VP/SVP ranks from BofA and CapOne. They’re lucky USAA keeps the bar low or else they wouldn’t be employed! Not great for us though.
Using the C-suite at USAA as a performance baseline is a pretty low bar
It’s not just bank, we’re the New York Jets of financial institutions.
Bank employees are filled with failed ex big bank folks that couldnt hack it. And loads of wanna be wall street types. Hilarious to watch really. Ask anyone in USAA that works on the bank side and they ALL came over as a failure from a big bank.
Um yeah, we love Michael in the bank. Might be time for you to move on. You sound like a disgruntled employee who is the victim in most scenarios. I don't think you can name a better C-suite leader at USAA. Just saying...
