I'm in a panic over centerwell and what will happen to my job. Care team members are exempt from the early retirement offers but CAs are not? CAs manage the clinics. Are we being sold???? Who will manage the clinics? Our directors are eligible so who will manage our managers???? Something is happening and I think people are right to be nervous! The Medicare Advantage plans have tanked and that is how we are paid! PLEASE someone in the know, spill the beans!

@as Because they never get the numbers they want so RIFs follow even for ‘exempt’ from early retirement.
@as I'm sure it's because RIFs will follow as is always the pattern. They can't cut all middle managers and it will trickle down to front line. CW has been the most unstable place I've ever worked so I understand their panic.
Why are you panicked if you're exempt? That' a good thing, right? Middle management are getting offers because that will yield the most savings. I hear they're getting really sweet offers.
