@1b9 we must be on the same team.
@I think my Director and VP use to work together collecting the shopping carts in a Walmart parking lot. -
You mean they supervised other people doing it - complained how fast they did not walk - gave them a score on if the wheels were straight - counted the number of carts they put in the corral -

Pulse is always good for a laugh and I guarantee you leadership reads the brown nosing and have a good chuckle.
Anyone know what Felicia does to earn a paycheck?
@kt I promise you, it didn't even come under consideration.
I gave an honest opinion and was RIF's I know for a fact that caused it.
I lied on this survey and gave positive answers. The leadership here loves the smell of their own farts. Like every year before the survey results won’t lead to any meaningful change. I was going to never fill out another survey until I read that you could be flagged as disengaged for not participating.
@ke - I debated on whether to fill it out but was so angry one day that I decided to fill it out and be honest. I vented in a professional way of leadership's inability to see views other than their own and praised my manager as she truly supports her team by vocalizing to leadership her teams concerns about "doing more with less" understanding that it falls on deaf ears in the end. I'm prepared to get RIF'd. I have been here long enough to know the survey results don't lead to positive changes but needed to express my displeasure with current leadership anyway. There is always hope that someone might actually cares.
Remember-never say anything negative in your review or you will be RIF-d. Happened all over GBD, sure it is anonymous until they don’t like the results! Trust me, it happened to me.
Survey says … wait for it …. Loading……………………………📉🚮
Great its that time of the year where upper leadership issues are applied to managers who need to come up with a mitigation plan. Let's start with "employees don't have input into changes" - guess what neither do managers - enjoy
You can be sure that if there are any issues, they will turn it around and make it our issue to solve. You'll be put on a team to solve something that is inherently a leadership issue.
Classic move they have been doing for over 20 years.
Not lies, just “fake news”.
Never completed it….. they are pointless, been here 20+ years and they never have. Besides, they can make in top 100 of places to work with no employee survey input….. how did that even happen? Just lies
@a5 only everything is wonderful and everyone loves everyone on Pulse.
Did they publish anything yet or are they leaving it to the managers
