@bq Without disclosing too many details….I will jus share technology in general that is in use.. I will also make a generalized statement that many organizations are becoming aware of productivity though usage reports from tools provided by vendors like Microsoft.

Productivity Metrics: Administrators can view high-level data such as messages sent, meetings attended, calls made, and app/device usage.

The entire reason they did the IP JV nonsense is because they can't borrow another dime.

@dt its crazy. Again I think it comes back to xerox ability to pay that debt in coming few years. Will they keep on borrowing money from corporate loan sharks? That credit cant get much worse before default. Plus why are they careying that many people still? I know many many people there and they are not really doing anything. Just waiting to fade away. Which is symbolic of the town of Rochester and the people living there. Sadly…

For a company that consistently lies to everyone and f's up everything they try to do, they are very effective at paying themselves. Calling $3 and a $400m market cap a recovery shows you how far expectations have been lowered. Q3 will include LEX prior year and we will not be able to report pretend growth anymore. See what happens then. Also the shorts will have covered by then eliminating demand for the shares.

@bk Xerox has way too many acronyms and they use them for everything. Why don’t they just use words?

You have broadly monitored employee performance and productivity to the extent that you can claim "not enough people are doing enough"?

Either:

-- you spend so much time on this, that you get very little of your own work done

No one wants to watch it, and no one wants anything to do with it.

This would be called pay for performance.. just like merit raises.. too bad not enough people are doing enough to get merit raises or newly created positions with pay raises and share in the wealth.

What can we do to thwart this...🤔
