Problem is the quality coming out of Indian is just so low. It takes 4 or 5 to do the work of 1 western guy. Skill levels and ability to thing and work autonomously are none existence..

This is happening at NetApp and across the entire Technology industry. Nothing new, move on please.
The high level shift to some race tells something.
Are you really surprised to see this? Look at the freaking engineering org chart, most of the projects have been moved over there, and the few reqs left in the US, are being filled by.... Indians living in the US.
