@bw and yet there isn't one thing on the news about it. Out of all that many people, why aren't there any investigations where so many people are affected?? It's like everyone is okay with it...??

If you are over 50 and got laidoff for no reason, it is age discrimination I dont care what the young folks say.
Betcha Legal is hiring! They're going to have to hire in order to keep up with the pending employee abuse lawsuits!!

Exactly. These people sit around whining about having to do their job. Complaining so much about how they hate the company. They don't make the effort to go find something else. Then, when they are finally cut, they whine and cry about that...

You can also use google scholar to read up on case law.
Just search for "wells fargo" or "EEOC" and a key word in your case (national origin, pregnancy, reverse discrimination, etc)
