Now most of the former tms are fu--ing up because they never knew the job their people were doing
that’s very true about the managers. They weren’t pulling their weight. They barely looked at sh-t and when they did, they were pretty sloppy. They were definitely deadweight in the company. Now they gotta earn their hundred thousand dollar a year paycheck
Managers made it easy. How much were they out of the pods? Going to get coffeee or long lunches or meetings, not even taking escalations just having acs pass to coach to coach

OP here, didn’t catch that but I really don’t give AF cause the numbers and the damage t-mobile did is what matters.
