Does anyone know if the server Lag for those working from home compared to those in the office? It's been super slow today and it started around 9am.

You're connected over your home internet. That's a huge variable and your internet provider is not someone else's internet provider or even the same access node as your provider if the same.
Stop being d-mb. Give a try. You might like it.
