They dismiss employees and the important pay questions. Same spiel every year your doing great, happy holidays.

Maybe you have you have to go away as a below par Manager and realize your not good enough to deliver any growth.

Do the rest of us a favor and go away. We're trying to show up in a new way and we're working really hard to try to turn this around. Does all this whinging work for you in other parts of your life?

Jump ship and find another organization to celebrate your victim mentality.

What a joker, work more, your doing a grwat job, but were rubbish at losing contracts and competitors are sweeping up our work.

In summary the people are delivering good, but the management are incompetent and keep losing business.
