I'm the oldest on my team@ 60. I expected a call but didn't get it. However the youngest member of our team did get impacted. Not an age issue.
62, male, just 9 months with VZC. Whole team let go today. Real gut punch.

I've been part of a VZ rif before. When you are riffed you with receive ages and tenure. VZ uses a 3rd party that does it across the board to limit their liability.
Entire teams are 40+ so you just can’t lay anybody off? 💀
