What is going with this team? So many leaders have departed and they are unable to retain talent. Place is a mess and it’s enough time to leave.

Tech has been a shiteshow for years and years. Forcing everyone to become AZ certified - people who don't do anything with coding, testing, deploys, etc. - absolutely zip with the SDLC... And Change Control is the biggest joke and bottleneck I've ever seen in my long years in IT. Don't get me started on WF trying to go "Agile" smh
