Dan and most of the VLC are in favor of 5 times a week. HR Barbie is in favor of 4 times a week and no one has seen her in weeks. Timing is an issue for announcement but with poor 3rd quarter results and a need to reassure investors that cuts are coming, expect January with the hopes that pushes some off books in a self rif.
5x8 RTO is becoming the industry standard.

Value losers have been working from home. Taking long naps, going out to the mall to shop (gather competitive intel) visible is now sold in Best Buy! Can’t say it’s digital only anymore, the only bright spot in the portfolio
It’s 5 days a week 8 hours a day MINIMUM. It is happening and no one is being told to WFH

My whole team was give the choice to go back home. It seems Dan is pro wfh.

There is some talk about this but it is not to punish the workforce it is meant tomdrive people away. Likely it will be the older bunch ready for retirement or the younger ones who don’t like their jobs anyway.
Stock trending to $35 requires change and reality time to wear a business suit and win on the field… socialism has left the building!
