@c6 Interesting that low wage locales are also being hit. Perhaps Oracle is is going to eat its own AI dogfood and is planning on replacing them with clankers since they mostly provide lower skill services.
If replacing 3rd worlders with bots works, I expect to see an even bigger blood bath down the road in places like Latin America and other locales.
I heard that Mexico got hit hard yesterday. Maybe OCI and NetSuite done in US, but starting/going on in other countries.
Also heard the rumor that layoffs happening in Fusion in the beginning of September…
