This whole organization is an insult to everyone involved with it, from employees to members.

Financial call this morning was comical and no need to listen to the tripe at lunch when I can read Gail's wisdom as soon as the meeting ended.

@a4 The learning programs aren’t that great. Very generic you aren’t learning a new skill you can take with you. I struggle with why leadership thinks these are so great.

@a3 Right. They would absolutely never answer live questions in a forum like this, but in fairness, no one does. Think of a few safe topics, craft a question that allows you not to really actually address it, and then get a team together to come up with the most bland response possible.

No one wants to know about learning programs. They want to know about RIFs.

"We interviewed someone so we could write more, faster denials. Now, people get a quicker, less personal, templated message when they find out they won't be getting money or care" maybe isn't the heartwarming, motivating example they think it is.
