Did you catch that? Don’t kid yourself, they’re not changing it in your favor.

@b9 get fu---d
@b9 nice of you to drop by, Gail!
Wow, the drama everyone is creating is entertaining. If you are miserable, leave. But I guess you can’t get another job so you stick around to complain.
The only thing more predictable than the talking points is the EH vest.
Another s_ckie AIP next March. Just trying to slowly lower it until they take it away completely. Time to throw out the fishing line with an updated resume on the end and see what bites. It won't be worth hanging around for a 20 percent AIP and a less than merit. Not with the added expense of going into the office three days a week.
@a7 yes! I was like “why are you yelling at me lady!”
@a7 Felicia usually looks terrified in these meetings so someone must have told her to look “ in charge “?
Who are they kidding? They move the goal post every year. I’m done playing this game. You want me to work after hours, weekends and holidays because you laid off 3 of my coworkers? Then pay me better, but you won’t. For now absolute bare minimum.
I have to believe our AIP will take a hit, like it did this year.
In other words the 6+6 revealed that there will be an AIP payout and less money for shareholders. Question though - does this mean for the first 6 months we’ll get paid based on targets in place at that time?
The SLT shouldn’t be getting their large bonuses when we aren’t getting AIP or appropriate pay raises!
This leadership causes frustration. Why don’t you all resign? You never get it right the first time btw.
@a4 100k watches. More than what many make in a year.
There will be changes made to the AIP so this one guy can wear 3 watches instead of 2. Nice zoom in to hide the 2 watches
I heard him say that they will revise AIP targets to be more conservative so that it reflects the efforts we've made, which is a good thing. But the unspoken words that will enable this will be mass RIFs (or many leaving without severance because of RTO).
Yep. It means we’re gonna gut staff and make you do 3 times the work for a 20% AIP payout. He’s grateful because he’s managing to keep his job.
they never had
