Unfortunately there are more resignations coming from data and insights. The good capable people are finding opportunities and leaving because LC and MC ain’t it.

Our team was told today there is an entire team of engineers already hired in the Engine that will be traveling to Houston in the 2nd half of this year for us to train so they can code our workflows. But we have no workflows documented and the most qualified people to document the workflows are the people who AEOI'd from our team and are now gone. WTF.... Our manager even look surprised when he told us, so I think the "ENGINES" may be at the Airport this weekend. :)
We made it through Phase 1, and I thought we were safe but now I believe our team will be gone in 2026. I feel like someone put a hot poker under my fingernails and are waiting for us to confess, "I am a heretic!", in the Spanish Inquisition.
