For the BC unit, I'm curious about how many folks who were still around in transitional roles actually went for the PDC? As for me and a couple of my coworkers, we’re done with it! Just counting down the days until August. There were over 100 jobs still available in the BC unit, but I noticed they were also being advertised externally on the career website.

My understanding is that B&C did not offer anyone a job they hadn’t applied for in the Selection Event and instead relied on the PDC to do all the cleanup.
I know only a few left standing. There were quite a bit of unfilled positions in RBU.
I suspect roles were intentionally left unfilled. This may be my paranoia, but I would not put it past this company that they got rid of older, higher PSG personnel and are looking to fill the roles after lowering the PSGs & with younger, lower-pay employees. Is it legal? 🤷🏼♀️ Is it ethical or moral? Well, the big guy in the sky will judge these people eventually. I suspect they’ll feel pretty warm where they end up.

There were zero earth science roles in the PDC so I question how accurate this was. I also looked at other areas as well and the job pickings was very slim. Again, I question whether there were actually over a hundred jobs in whatever BC stands for.
