I assume that's just for the people who were not available in the last few days, right? Sick leave, PTO, or whatever.

If you had the b4lls to take a sick day or any type of family leave this week they should just skip right over you. No dedication
It’s to the corporations and upper-management’s advantage to keep future roles and responsibilities undefined. This will allow them to pile the unforeseen gaps and deficiencies onto the ‘lucky’ survivors.
No reorg is ever popular and free of criticism but the way this one was executed borders on the inhumane.
This will crush morale and boost apathy for years and years.

...but after seeing who actually got positions either the PDRs did a really poor job of representing excellent candidates or its just a popularity contest.
We're left with the dredges...

Right. No one is saying anything. A few weeks from go live and we don't even know who/what/where we will be working. People aren't even being told what their role is just that they are safe.
Hopefully at some point they give out of scope folks their new assignments…..
