HELLevance strikes again!
@a4+1jksmrqsd - you have no control over the company’s actions or decisions. Come in, do what you do, and go home, get prepared by saving, stocking up, whatever as long as you’re here. Do some research on where you’d like to land and if the day comes when your name is called, you have the power/control over YOUR next chapter.
@a4+1jksmrqsd - "yup let go two weeks ago lost 10 pounds and haven’t sleep sound since all after 20 plus years of dedicated service and a performance review of exceeds"
This is goes to show how much Elevance Health cares about your health as a member. Elevance Health has carefully assisted you in succeeding on your personal weight loss journey. Please immediately contact the public relations team so they can share your wonderful success story on Pulse.
Work less now. Why give 100% to avoid RIF. Those names are selected months in advance. If there's a rif in March, you're already identified. And rebadging is not AT ALL in your control, act like it.
They are rifing, rebadging, and still paying 35% aip and barely a raise. It doesn't make sense because they don't care if it does. They need q1 to be profitable. They'll rif everyone but themselves if that's what it takes.
Give your 35% every day like they're reinforcing in you. They don't want your loyalty or effort. They're doing NOTHING to keep you here and happy. Treat the company accordingly.
Tank every single metric on every single executive's scorecard. Do it with as much passion as they have for rifs and rebadges.
Ensure that executive's can't pay for their vacations and second homes. Do your part by not doing it at all. It's the Elevance way.
Maybe Gucci Luci will have to wait to buy the next belt. I'll take that win.
That is not true about RIFs happening in non-pay weeks. I was RIF'd on a pay week.
Yea Wednesday , next round of rebadging
Not likely unless there are small RIFs in certain areas. Typically RIFs happen on non pay weeks, especially the larger ones. The next large RIF will be in March. Don’t stress because there is nothing you can do about it. Just try to be prepared and save money where you can and get a resume ready. Doing that will help ease the stress.
This is not a non payday week….

Get some zzz and quit stressing because decision is already made. Stressing out won’t change anything
I'm too stressed thinking about it to sleep.
