Are people tired of talking
Or layoff slowed down

Well a 30% reduction in employees will do that.
I just set up a stuffed dummy in my chair and have a tape recorder produce sentences like "Jiminy Cricket, I am working mighty hard here, folks". I have gotten more positive responses and compliments than ever before. Wells Fargo is a dream come false
I was laid off close to a year ago and yes, I don't check these threads as much as I used to. Sometimes posts bring back memories or PTSD most likely, and find my blood pressure going up and even feeling angry seeing how this company continues to get away with innumerable amounts of awful treatment to those very backs the bank stands on. Part of me understands why some people stay, while other times can't imagine why anyone would. And, I've had comments removed because I really called this bank out on stuff that they know they're doing but try to hide from the public, a little too close to the target I guess. But have no doubts, they DO have people who watch this thread very closely. WF can go to h***
@h2 lol the stress of having to actually work
@h2 6/7 is the first possible Q3 date. No reason to stress until the 6th.
I know several people who have been told by management that they will be caught in the Q3 wave, but they have not gotten calls from HR yet and don't know when they will be getting that call. They're working under an insane amount of stress knowing they're basically gone, but still have to work like normal to avoid being fired before the dreaded call comes in.
I imagine we have all been laid off, or fired, or retired. Not much to talk about.
I haven’t seen anything from the Fanta lady recently. Did I miss anything?
Well, you just confirmed the typical Wells Fargo employee
I noticed that as well
Yeah, well, FRTO.
When you have fewer employees, you have fewer people posting.
Littany of reasons:
Mods are actively removing lots of comments, which discourages repeat participation.
News rarely breaks here.
It gets old seeing the same bloodbath job cut, severance plan is being cut, and satisfact they customer comments every day/week/month.
There's not much reason to be here.
Some of us appreciate being appreciated for a week. Finally. It’s going to take me another week just to finish all the Doritos and crumbl cookies they gave us.
I can lick my own nut sack
It’s just pointless at this point. That’s all.
@OP About time! Layoffs are part of the American workplace for a long time. Employees have nothing they can do about it except complain and move on. After awhile laid off people find work and go on about their lives. No secrets here.
"They" are winning. Everyone is now accepting of the new way of things. A buddy of mine said everyone in his office is in pretty much like before 2020. Acceptance of what they required has quieted (unfortunately) the voices questioning why.
Employee appreciation week put everyone in a good mood so less griping on here.
The same 5 topics get cycled over and over
You can only discuss RTO so much and thats been, by far, the horse thats been most beaten to death over the last year.
I was wondering the same!!!!
