Secrecy abounds. We live on edge. Dishonesty rules with this company. We give so much and again thanked by cloaks of secrecy and lies. Until there’s media leaks. UM will be slashed. We already do less than ever.
Auto-approvals. Vendors. Less comes every week. No work. Scared every day. Back stabbing teammates with blood thirsty attempts to keep job. Trust nobody. Each for themselves. This company is crumbling. Sara will have her job though and so will her peeps.
People in Medicaid will definitely see layoffs. A lot of the work (at least in claims ops) has been sent to "vendors," which we all know is just contractors & cheap labor. They have double downed on the AI garbage, and it will replace a lot of people. That's why there is a hiring freeze. They are restructuring to make sure they eliminate as many positions as possible. Once that is done, they will be laying off massive amounts of people.
Medicaid will probably be more 4th quarter this year into 2027 when the GOP cuts start to really take effect. 2026 is all about the destruction of the ACA unfortunately.

@OP Would love to know as well. So far, haven't heard anyone in Medicaid being laid off. Would also like to know if layoffs are done or if they will be continuing. There's no official info from anyone and I'm worried sick.
