Way too early, Dan has a 2yr contract, appointed by the BOD.
Hans oversold his ability to expand 5G, building on what he did for Ericsson. But just like with Ericsson, once the main objective was done, so was he - he couldn't build the business, so in both case, he was let go. And remember, nearly all the 'Europeans' brought in did not pan out.
