My TL in the NY CSSC is barely capable of putting a sentence together in slack and he miraculously knows what a comma is now. Unfortunately he couldn’t say half the words in my appraisal. If there’s more layoffs it needs to be the TL’s in the CSSC.
For those that don’t know, the CSSC is Verizon customer service.
When you fill out your mid-year and yearly review let AI do it. That's what they want so give it back.
